The Hitodama is a technique Josho Adashino can use only while mimicking a Biju. When his form reaches half the maximum number of tails for the Biju he is mimicking, he gains the ability to create a concentrated Tailed Beast Bomb from his fist, known as the Hitodama (人魂, hitodama; Japanese for "Human Soul"). It forms a spherical shape of the user's chakra, similar to the Rasengan in the beginning. However, within this sphere is another, smaller shape of the Bijuu's chakra, in the shape of the Biju's head with jaws open wide containing a small orb of dark-colored chakra mixed from Josho's and the Biju's chakra, which has several tails branching out of it, proportionate to the number of the beast itself. The user's own chakra then begins to condense, forming a thin but dense layer around the beast's, so that the technique appears as a sphere of Biju chakra with the front carved to resemble the beast's head, and tails of energy protruding from it, with the mixed chakra in its mouth, and a layer of the user's chakra surrounding it. On impact, it introduces high levels of damage to its target, though with lesser range and power than the true Biju Bomb, but its multiple layers of chakra allow it to prevent the effects of one from harming Josho if the two techniques should touch.
