Bony Beetle
Bony Beetles are skeleton version of Buzzy Beetle that first appears in Super Mario World. They later appear in Paper Mario, and then New Super Mario Bros. U.
Bony Beetles are bony Koopa shells with spikes on their shells. Like Buzzy Beetles, Bony Beetles are impervious to fire and have very high defense. Whenever attack, their spikes will pop in or out their shells and their power will increase or decrease. They can also be flipped over like regular Koopas and Buzzy Beetles, causing their defense to drop to 0.
After a long absence, they make a reappearance in Super Mario Galaxy 4 as enemies. The enemies are low in HP but has high FP. Also in "Mario and Bowser 2 War!" Thay guard The Dry Bones King and stop Mario from getting the toads.
