Red key Red Key
rdfs:comment
The Red key is obtained by killing the rat in the south-western corner of the ground floor of Melzar's Maze. It is used to unlock the door to the north-west. A thin, transparent, and shiny red key. Image:Red Key.gif In the first game, the Red Key is found on the third level of Crossbone Isle. It is used to open a red door that keeps players from moving on to the next level. In the second game, the Red Key is an item found in the Jupiter Lighthouse. It grants access to one of the two "towers" where the player must activate a statue figuring a bowman in order to open the top of the lighthouse. The Red Key from Crossbone Isle in the first game can also be transfered to this game, although it will appear as the same description as the one in Jupiter Lighthouse, and doing so is inadvisable as there is no legitimate way of then getting rid of it from your inventory. A red key is a tile in Chip's Challenge that is transparent, and can be picked up only by Chip, who then can use this red key to open one red lock. All keys can be picked up more than once to open more than one lock of the same color. It is the only key in the Lynx version to act the same as its MS counterpart. A Red Key is a key that is found in the Crystal Palace. It is used to unlock the red door. There is only one Red Key in the palace.
