Shroomie
rdfs:comment
A native creature of Teledahn. It is described as a 40' killer whale type with a hard shell, but quick and agile for its size. It is very sensitive to loud sounds. Although aquatic, it is an air breather and sleeps on the surface. It feeds on flappers and the giant mushrooms found on the Age. Apparently Ventus built a gate to keep Shroomies out and protect his mushrooms. Manesmo also found a Shroomie nest.

Douglas Sharper discovered and studied a Shroomie (who also gave it this name, and referred to it as a girl). He kept her secret from the DRC and at several points he tried to trap her in the lagoon. He also discovered a pod with young ones and a mature one, described so large that she could eat his boat in half.
