| - It was mid-day in the forest surrounding Konohagakure, the sun's rays shone through the leaves, birds tweeted in the branches and insects chirped their songs. Near the edge of the forest sat Eimii Runō, relaxing against a tree and taking refuge from the sunlight and heat. Her eyes drooped shut, as she listened to the serenity of the wildlife around her. Upon hearing a twig snap not too far from her position, the girl's eyes snapped open. She looked around, searching for the direction the sound came from. "Who's there?" Eimii thought.Shoji Kengen, was on is usual stroll to Konoha, as he felt strange chakra presence, he hid himself beneath a tree, and used his Byakugan to see around. He saw a girl against a tree, and thinking her as no harm started walking towards her. The brunette turned her head to the right as she heard footsteps approach, her muscles arms legs tensed in readiness to spring up in case the person tried to attack. Out from one of the trees came a young man who looked in his early twenties with short black hair and light bluish-purple eyes. "Hm.. doesn't look like threat." she thought, but one can't be too sure so she relxaed a little but still kept her defensive frame of mind.Shoji approached her asks,"Hello lady,what are you doing in the forests,you know there are thieves lurking around," The female regarded the man in front of her, "....Relaxing. W-Who are you?" she asked hesitantly yet still curious as to who this male is. "Oh,...Sorry I forgot to reveal myself, My name is Shoji Kengen,.Who are you ?"said Shoji as he looked at the girl. She raised a brow in confusion, thinking it odd to meet a stranger who would so willingly introduce himself to her. "I-I'm Eimii. Eimii Runō." She cautiously stood up from her spot to be on better eye level with Shoji, her eyes widened a little in slight surprise upon seeing that he was not that much taller than herself. After a few moments of silence, Eimii asked, "W-What are you doing here?". Shoji threw himselves backwards, as he said "I am from Kirigakure, and I am here as a spy". Eimii frowned a little, not because that he's a spy but by the fact that he bluntly told her what his mission is. Her grey-blue eyes shifted from side to side in awkwardness. "Okaayy..." she said uneasily. "That was rather blunt. ...Maybe I should be going now." "Well um.. g-good luck with that." she said before turning to walk deeper into the forest, back towards the village. Shoji rushed up a tree, throwing his shuriken towards Eimii,. He stopped her. Several small blurs of dark grey zoomed past Eimii and striking a tree, she jumped back in shock upon seeing the shuriken lodge themselves into the bark. She turned in the direction of where they were thrown and saw Shoji standing on a branch staring at her with a hard gaze. "What now?" she asked herself."Judging by your moments, you are a Ninja...its better if you introduce yourself."said Shoji. Eimii frowned at his now hostile behaviour, she was stuck between telling him more about herself and running further into the trees. She swallowed and answered, "I already told you, my name's Eimii. If you must know, I am also a ninja of Konoha." "Thats it, Eimii Runo, quite a beautiful name for a Leaf Shinobi." frowned Shoji. The young teen stared at Shoji blankly with slightly widened eyes. "....Did he just say my name is beautiful?" she asked mentally. She'd never had someone give her a compliment like that before but since she saw the frown on his face she thought he didn't probably mean it. Eimii scratched the imaginary itch on her arm and said nervously, "W-Well.. it's been nice meeting you b-but I should probably be going now."said Eimii. "Well, You don't have a place to go, Konoha's gonna be ash.......any time soon..you will be a Orphan under my Command". laughed Shoji has he nearly fell from the tree. Eimii had to laugh a little at the Kiri-nin nearly falling out of the tree but she used that opportunity to sprint back as fast as she could to the village. Eimii was not about to let this ninja destroy her village and let her friends and family die. But she had a few aces up her sleeves and some hidden information she neglected to tell him. "Just try and destroy Konoha, you might find a few surprises since you last came here."Eimii thought smirking as she weaved in and out of the trees like a hare. "Theres no point in running,"Shoji laughed as he used a Technique to bring her back. Eimii had suddenly turned the opposite way of where she was heading, she gritted her teeth as she tried to control her body's movements but could not. She was running back to where that Mist shinobi was still standing, "What the Hell is this?!" she yelled in her mind. Her running slowed down into a walk as Shoji jumped out of a tree chuckling, his hands glowed a faint chakra blue colour."Looks like you have some confidential information, tell me, what you know,"said Shoji, as he lifted Eimii to the air. "N..No..." She replied. Her heart was pounding rapidly, Eimii had to get back to the village now! But first she had to get out of his grip, she sucked in a huge breath of air, readying for an attack.Shoji being alert, used his Byakugan on her and bolcked her Chakra Points, then threw her in the air using Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms. As Eimii was thrown into the air, barely able to move, she wondered incredulously, "Byakugan? How does he have the Hyūga Clan's Kekkei Genkai?" No more time to think now, she was beginning to plummet back to the ground so she used her secret ability. Scales began forming on her face and neck, shades of brown blending with each other, a long serpentine tail extending from and a pair of huge bat wings shot out from her back. The kunoichi shifted on to her side in mid drop and made one huge flap with her wings, gliding upwards and saving her from a painful hit. She flew higher up as fast as she could making a bee line for the sky. "Nice trick,....but I blocked your chakra points,lets see what you would do without chakra", laughed Shoji, as he took a kunai in his hand and posed a defensive poture. Hearing Shoji's remark, Eimii smirked, "You only blocked off one hundred and twenty-eight chakra points, not all three hundred and sixty-one so I can still do plenty." She burst out of the tree tops, leaves and twigs floating around, the brunette hovered a few feet above the forest letting her opponent make the first move and thought of how she could counter. Shoji created a lots of Water Clones, then waited patiently looking at his opponents attacking pattern. After a few moments of silence, Eimii decided it was time to attack but first she tested her limbs to see if they were mobile again. It took a lot of concentration but the girl finally had mobility in her body again. Pleased with the results, she made the hand sign for the bird and breathed deeply. "Tori. Wind Style: Air Bullets!" She blew and many pockets of concentrated air dived into the forest in varying distances from each other. She listened intently and heard two or three splashes indicating impact. Shoji and his clones hid underground and avoided the blast. After turning back into her true form but still keeping the wings, Eimii used the Multi Shadow Clone jutsu to make twenty clones of herself. She sent ten further into the forest and told them to keep their chakra hidden for a surprise attack, they flew off in different directions to leave the remaining ten there with the original to back her up. "Okay, we don't know where in the forest he could be. He could be in the trees or maybe even underground, so I need three of you to hunt for him underground." She said to her clones. They nodded and the three who volunteered for the earth task began to transform in mid-air. Their bodies extending and limbs merging so they appeared worm-like in appearance, their heads shaping into light grey, armour-plated pyramid shapes with their mouths and noses turning into a single point as their ears and hair receeded back into their skulls. Five pairs of bulbous, green eyes developed around their heads, human skin and clothes tore and peeled off to reveal a more hardened, darker grey carapace as they tripled in size, completing the transformation. They were now giant, monstrous burrow worms. They roared in unison, mouths splitting into four parts revealing razor sharp teeth filling their maws. Their wings shrinking into their backs caused them to drop out of the sky head first into the forest. The giant worms began to spin and drilled holes into the ground with rapid succession while flexibly squirming until completely underground. Shoji and his clones , who were underground could hear the digging voices. they clad themselves in a tough Armor, just in case the girl would attempt to hit them. Sensing that Shoji was a few feet away, the females closed in on him but they sensed multiple beings with his chakra. Clones. They changed direction and burrowed downwards several feet deep. They positioned themselves facing up, charging up as much energy into their tails and they sprang up through the dirt as if it were paper. When they were close enough they opened their jaws and grabbed huge mouthfuls of the clones, and hopefully the original, as they erupted out of the ground with their prizes. One or two clones went sent into their if they were in the worms' paths. Razor sharp teeth pierced into whatever armor they were wearing with a metallic creaking as they worms bit down hard. Once the points were through and into the bodies, they all burst into water leaving behind the protective clothing. Shoji escaped the situation stood behind Eimii, watching impressively the monsters killing his clones. Crunching sounded throughout the forest as the transformed girls devoured the armour, after gulping them down the worms looked around the forest floor for any signs of human life. Their five eyes helped their vision greatly but there was no movement, out of the corners of their eyes they spotted Shoji standing behind one of the Eimiis, they didn't know if it was another clone or the original. They made some kind of gurgling sound and spat out three huge globs of mud at him also unintentionally aimed at the teenager. She yelped in alarm, slipped off her branch and latched herself on to the trunk of the tree as the mud balls rushed past, one nicking Shoji just enough to send him flying into another tree. "What's your lot's problem?" Eimii asked in annoyance. "Shoji was behind you." They answered together. Eimii's eyes widened a little at not realising her opponent was right behind her. She looked back to see how much damage was done and found that quite a few trees were snapped in half while the ground and some unscathed trees were splattered in mud. Shoji stood on the cut trees, as he saw his woulds heal. He knew that, he was no match for the girl. But he couldn't simply give up, for he was a S-Rank criminal of a S-Rank crime Branch. He jumped inside a lake nearby, still looking at the girls movements. Little did the Mist ninja know that one of the clones had also taken to the water just in case something like this would happen. Her lower half had turned into a great white shark's, gills on the side of her neck, her fingers were now webbed, a single dorsal fin on her back and double row of triangular teeth. She rid herself of her coat so she'd be faster underwater. The clone sped towards her target and sunk her teeth into the flesh on his arm, she tore away a chunk as she swam into another direction before turning back for another bite, the smell of blood driving her shark instincts crazy. It was an endless cycle of charging, biting, tearing and charging again and again, the water around them turning into a blood bath, she even managed to take off a few fingers and a leg. Soon she swam dove underneath Shoji and headbutted him out of the lake and into the air. The clone followed, taking a deep breath and firing a column of water from her mouth at the incapacitated ninja, sending him back into the forest. The Shoji, they were fighting was a clone, who was destroyed. The Real Shoji used the Human Marionette technique and destroyed all of Eimii's clones. Once more the two ninjas were back at the start, one who can't control her movements and other controlling her. Eimii frowned and gritted her teeth but calmed down a little upon remembering what Shoji had said to her earlier, "By the way, why would you want me to be under your 'command', as you put it?". "Its not your concern," said Shoji, as he banged her to the tree. The brunette made no sound when she hit the bark of the tree but it she felt the pain of the force used and the back of her head scraped against the tree's rough skin. Eimii decided ages she wouldn't use her other abilities unless needed and she thought this would be a good time to use her Kekkei Genkai. She closed her eyes for a moment and when she reopened them a sudden burst of chakra exploded from her, knocking the Kiri-nin back several feet. Her eyes were no longer greyish-blue but brilliant gold and there was a black pentagram in each eye with her pupils in the centre gap. "When situation worsens, people slow down, and Taijutsu weakens," thought Shoji as he looked unimpressed at the girl. Another Shoji hit her with another blow of Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms. When the last hits were thrown, a cloud of smoke exploded around Eimii and a human-sized shape dropped to the ground with a light thud. Once the smoke cleared, the figure turned out to be a faceless dummy with a slip of paper on its chest that read the word 'baka'. A fist burst out of the ground beneath Shoji's feet, hitting him under the chin and sending him into the air, then Eimii jumped up, gave a roundhouse kick to his head which slammed him into the ground before diving back underground and concealing her chakra. As Shoji fell down, he just bursts out to be another water clone. She heard the splash and cautiously raised her head out of the ground to look around. "Dammit, another water clone!" Where could the real him be?". Many clones emerged, absorbing the water revealing Eimii. She looked around frantically at the many clones surrounding her, she guessed there must've been around forty of them. She ran towards a clone, hands reaching for her kunai. Two of the clones fell before her leg tripping her, as soon as she fell, the clones engaged in a barrage of Gentle fist techniques, blocking her chakra pathway, some even kicked her into the air. A cloud of smoke poofed around Eimii, once it had disippated she was gone. A strong gust came out of nowhere, cutting off branches in its path and sweeping through the Shoji clones, bisecting them with ease. There was a shower of water that rained down as the clones were destroyed. The water clones reformed again looking at the helpless kunoichi. "Crap. I can't move.. and I'm getting tired.." She thought meekly, she coughed spitting out specks of red as well. Her arms twitched as she tried to once again move them to no avail. She harder to move her disabled limbs, she had to get up and keep fighting. Her muscles tensed in anger as she managed to raise her upper body on to her elbows. "Ngh.." Eimii's Meijingan flared brightly, giving her eyes an animalistic feel while she moved her head to look every clone and the original in the eyes. "I won't.. give up. I have friends and family to.. protect."Speak all you want kid, only the stronger will survive, thats how shinobi live, A ninja should put his duties ahead of his relations" laughed Shoji. Eimii stared at the Shoji who laughed for a moment in silence before chuckling herself breathlessly. She wiped the blood spattered on her chin of with the back of her hand before placing it back on to the ground. "Y'know... That's one of the problems I found with being a ninja, the rules say that one's missions or duties are higher than those close to you." the brunette girl stood with difficulty due to that Taijutsu Shoji used. "But I say 'bollocks' to that, because for me, ensuring the safety of my loved ones is and always will be the greatest mission I'll ever have for the rest of my life and nothing will stop me! Not even you.""Well, I understand your feeling, kunoichi even I was a sad child with no relations whatever, but then I had some-one to take care and then they die, thats why, I give atleast a small thought about my friends, but Fighting for your friends or whoever, does not make you a successful ninja." said Shoji, as he cleaned his glasses. Eimii straightened up a bit, "That's where you're wrong. Fighting for those you care about will make you successful, they are your strength in times of need, your light in the darkness. They are there to support you wherever you go even if they aren't right next to you. Even the ones who are no longer living." The teenager's face fell into one of sadness, as she remembered her other friends who had died long ago. She closed her eyes to let the tears trail down her cheeks, when she opened them again there was now a single black ring going through the five-pointed star. "Your petty Village teaches nonsense, They make a genin team with a leader and emphasis a lot on teamwork, but they forget to teach a ninja how to fight alone when they require it, It is the reason for the Leaf to give birth to a thousands of Missing-Nins," remarks Shoji. "I don't care whether my village has spawned thousands of nuke-nin, I love Konoha and the people in it. They accepted me with open arms after I escaped that nonce-snake's prison." Well, the acceptance with open arms wasn't entirely true, in fact when she arrived in Konoha almost everyone saw her as a monster. "So I'll say it again, you will NOT destroy the Village Hidden in the Leaves!" She declared, her eyes glowed brightly and a wave of blue flames erupted from within her. Fanning out and quickly engulfing their area of the forest, the water clones couldn't escape the sudden blaze, the heat so intense that they all turned into steam."don't be so sure, every village has its evil eye on the Leaf, I am only a part of them, If you could possibly kill me, You will be useless against my followers, I tell you destroy the Leaf and reform it, thats the only way the Leaf can be immortal." laughed Shoji, as he saw the flames engulfing the forest. "Do you ever stop laughing?" Eimii's voice echoed. Four thick, branches shot out of the trees towards Shoji, one wrapping around each of his limbs to bind him on the spot. Eimii dashed out of the centre of the blue inferno towards the Mist ninja, she was entirely covered in a blaze looking almost like a demon. She shrieked like a banshee giving her burning form a more demonic edge, she reared her fists back and unleashed a barrage of punches, each one quick enough to not set him on fire but enough to leave nasty burns on his skin. She kicked him into the air, leapt up so she was a litle higher than he and landed the most powerful punch she could muster into his back which sent him crashing into the earth. Shoji used his Lava chakra to destroy the tree branches, while his Cell Regeneration, took the job of healing him. He then created water clones. "All he does is create more and more water clones.." she pondered. "Maybe if I can turn into a creature that absorbs water and chakra, he won't be able to create any more." Suddenly all the water clones evaporated and there was no Shoji in sigt. The girl blinked in confusion and looked around for her opponent, wondering where he could've gone. The girl searched nearly the entire forest and analyzed that the Man might have escaped.
