Changming "Charles" Weng was a male Human scientist in the 20th century, born in Peking, China on August 4th, 1938. He attended Mao Tse-Tung People's Collective University, graduating in 1958 with doctorates in physics and chemistry. The following year, he joined the People's Army, and served with them until 1965, when he defected from China to the United States of America. In 1966, he joined Project Hercules, an effort to research and develop enhanced fusion technology for military use. Though he had no political affiliations, he would comment on what he perceived as the waste and excesses of life in America.
