| - SCRATCHING IS LIFE’S MUSIC Music today is very many things from hip-hop, EDM, bollywood, commercial to those, one can’t even comprehend. What if someone told you, that there is one person who can play any of those music from anytime, merged with live scratching, video mixing & hold your breath, video scratching & drive you to the top of ecstasy making you thank god for existence itself?! Thats.... DJ KAVE! Born as Venkatesh Jayaraman, KAVE was into music & nothing but that. Started of his truly successful & famous DJing career in 1997 after years of hard work & practice, in DOHA, QATAR, which was his home then. His American association urged him to excel in Hip-hop & R&B, which was an instant hit with his party going fans. Nevertheless, it did not take long for DJ KAVE to realize where his heart, soul & true talent were. Hence was born this Turntablist prodigy. Based in India, today, he is known in many ways, as the World DMC Final's India representative 2007, credited ambassador of Turntablism, the youngest to transform 12.10s into a musical instrument, the most artistic Beat Juggler, a true talented total entertainer, a futuristic musician, etc. Although KAVE fortayed with Hip-hop & R&B, the last few years has seen his Turntablism, beat juggling, video mixing & video scratching make its mark over all kinds of music such as EDM, commercial, bollywood, UK Bhangra, rock, classical & so many more. Now listing out all his experience would mean using up all the web space. So to name a few, Clubs all over INDIA has had DJ KAVE perform in it. DJ KAVE is the official Turntablist for the highly successfully & the only Hip-hop Band in India, "THE BLING THING", consisting of some of India’s best DJs, MCs, Beat boxers & B-boys. He is also the official Turntablist for the only Underground Hip-hop Community, "THE CHAMBER", that sees packed house in every performance. He is the official DJ & Turntablist for India’s most famous Rapper, BLAAZE, who is also “International Music Maestro A.R. Rehman" 's official Rapper for all his projects. KAVE is a distinct graduate of Audio Engineering from the reputed "School of Audio Engineering (SAE)". As a producer, he assists music production in movies, music albums, in radio, etc. He is also the chosen Turntablist & DJ by "RANE" to perform & represent their products & Mixers. DJ KAVE has also revolutionized concerts, festivals & culturals, by bringing Turntablism in it. He lends Soundz of Scratching & Beat Juggling collaborating with many Hip-hop, Rock, Commercial, Underground, Electronic, Western & Indian Classical, Musicians/DJ's. He has spread the knowledge of the art of Turntablism, in many WORKSHOPS all over India. Has also been invited by prestigious DJ Schools around Asia as Guest Lecturer for this Art. DJ KAVE was selected to represent India in London for the World DMC Championships '07 & is all set to win the '08 World Supremacy. The DMC which does not need much introduction, is the world’s most reputed DJ/TURNTABLIST competition, where only the best Turntablist/Scratch DJs from around continents are handpicked to represent their nation & compete for the world biggest title held in London, UK, every year. Today KAVE is recognized as a legitimate Musician/Turntablist capable of interacting & improvising with other musicians at any platform & hence in constant demand by everyone in the vast Music business. DJ KAVE has evolved so well into KAVE Inc., a company that he runs with his fiancé, KYANA IYER who is also a successful Turntablist & EDM producer. Together they have made this company a successful BRAND that is experienced in doing shows with Mixing, Scratching, Beat Juggling, Video Mixing, Video Scratching.
