Musi uciec z laboratorium, gdzie jest więziona, zabijać okrutnych naukowców, zniszczyć wraz z przyjaciółmi Biały Dom, i zostać prezydentem Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki (satyra wyśmiewająca rząd USA). Automaty do gry Pogo the Monkey można znaleźć także w Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, która to dzieje się chronologicznie wcześniej, niż GTA III. Jednak nie można na nich zagrać. Słychać tylko charakterystyczną melodię, a plansza gry do złudzenia przypomina Super Mario Bros oraz Chip & Dale: Rescue Rangers na platformę NES.
