Orden "Quickshot" Calway was a human male bounty hunter from Zuni, who claimed to be the fastest draw in the galaxy. He wore his blaster low on his hip, much like Han Solo, and being a natural marksman who didn't need the extra help had at some point cut off the weapon's sight to prevent it snagging on the holster on its way out. While working for the Hutt Crime Syndicate, he ran afoul of Max Silvstedt on multiple occasions. The two eventually became bitter rivals, though Quickshot did begin to respect Silvstedt as his equal in combat.

A year after his first meeting with Silvstedt, the arrival of Ket Maliss on Nar Shaddaa forced him to work together with his arch-rival. The two of them teamed up to defeat Maliss and Sadeet. Afterward, Quickshot left Nar Shaddaa and traveled the galaxy for a few years. In 14 ABY, Max Silvstedt came back to Nar Shaddaa -- this time as a New Republic Intelligence agent -- to investigate the possibility of an alliance between the Hutts and the Imperial Remnant. Silvstedt's team was ambushed by a force of mercenaries and bounty hunters, including not only Quickshot but also Sadeet, and the few remaining survivors were taken prisoner. While watching Sadeet's brutal interrogation of Silvstedt, Quickshot had an attack of conscience and shot the Trandoshan in the face, then helped Silvstedt and his team escape. He managed to get them successfully to Wedge Antilles and Intruder Wing, who were waiting to pick them up, before Sadeet caught up with and disarmed him. While a larger battle raged around them, Quickshot used his unexpected skill at unarmed combat to try and turn the tables on Sadeet. However, the Trandoshan's strength proved to be too much to overcome and Sadeet killed Quickshot with his bare hands and threw his body off a ledge.
