He played for the Edmonton Oilers and the Vancouver Canucks tallying 8 goals and 10 assists for 18 points in 55 games. He played junior hockey for the Bellingham Blazers and the New Westminster Bruins in 1977-78 (winning the Memorial Cup and then joined the University of Denver in 1978-79.
