Jordan has been declared incapacitated by the court. McCullough is also accused of giving other trust money to a charity headed by his wife. Jordan has told investigators she didn't give permission for McCullough to make the donations. McCullough's attorney said the expenses were accounted for an approved by the Orphan's Court last year.
