Players can take part in the cleaning activity in the south fenced-off corner of the museum. The tools necessary to do so can be found in the tool rack hanging on the wall. Players can then show the artifact to one of the archaeologists in the room, who will then tell them what to do with the item. Certain items are eligible for being displayed in the display cases. Other items can be put in the storage crates.

abstract
  • Player should then show the artefact to one of the six archaeologists in the room (Caden Azro, Sinco Doar, Marius Giste, Barnabus Hurma, Thias Leacke, or Tinse Torpe), who will then tell them what to do with the item. Certain items are valuable, and he will tell the player to add these to a display case. Other items can be put in the storage crates. When showing artefacts to the archaeologists they will only recognise that a player has one artefact at a time in the order of pottery, arrowheads, jewellery, and old chipped vases. To show them a different item the player must get rid of the other prioritised items or use the item they wish to show them directly on the archaeologist. When showing an archaeologist jewellery, they will purchase the item off the player for 5 coins each taking all the jewellery the player has with them at once. This is the only artefact that will be bought off the player and because of the low amount given, it's suggested to turn these in to the storage crates for a better reward. Clean necklace, which is used to unlock the ability to make a Dig site pendant, along with old symbol, ancient symbol, ancient coin, and old coin seem to only be acquired once. It also seems, when cleaning the find, that the rock pick destroys more often than the specimen brush. The following items can be found by cleaning: * Pottery * Old symbol * Ancient symbol * Ancient coin * Old coin * Jewellery * Old chipped vase * Arrowheads * Clean necklace * Broken arrow * Broken glass * Iron dagger * Uncut opal * Uncut jade * Bones * Coins Pottery, jewellery, old chipped vases, and arrowheads can be added to the storage crates, other items cannot be added. By adding these items into the storage crates players will receive in exchange one of the following:
