Ralph has written and produced episodes for numerous TV series, which, most notably, include the BET series Real Husbands of Hollywood where he serves as the series executive producer, The Parkers, Moesha, South Central, and The Sinbad Show. Ralph, who got his start in Hollywood as a writer of an episode of ABC-TV's Happy Days in 1981, has also written episodes for The New Odd Couple, Fame and Drexel's Class, and also wrote the scripts for the film Krush Groove (1985) and the made-for-TV movie Living Large (1986).
