Byron Froese (born March 12, 1991 in Winkler, Manitoba) is a Canadian centre playing for the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League. He played junior hockey for the Everett Silvertips and Red Deer Rebels from 2008 to 2011. The Chicago Blackhawks chose him 119th overall in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. Froese turned pro in 2011-12 with the Toledo Walleye of the ECHL and then was reassigned to the IceHogs.
