Gordon Scaggs served as a vice president of a BankLA branch in Los Angeles, California in the 1990s. In May of 1999, he arranged to lend two-million dollars in cash to Eidolon Productions to be used as a prop in an action film, but the money was subsequently stolen during a robbery on set.
