A variation on a regular Raitama developed by Ibitsu Uchiha during. This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, it only paralyzes its victims. This is a highly versatile technique that can be used for both offense and defense. In order to defend himself, Ibitsu can emit electricity from all over his body, paralyzing any nearby opponents.
