During her later career she worked for the holozine Jarhead!, at the same time writing and publishing several works aimed at cataloging the lives of noted persons who served in the Marine Corps. These included her mentor Tuffass, her friend Reyolé, and former Commandant of the Marines Oluth Par'fey. During this time she also worked with the Veterans of Galactic Wars, marrying a civilian working with the organization and later becoming its President. Eventually she achieved the rank of Rear Admiral, heading up the Corps' Public Relations Bureau until her retirement.
