- Tobirama war ein großer, hellhäutiger Mann mit weißen, struppigen Haaren und dunklen Augen, die im Anime rot dargestellt werden. Er hatte drei rote Streifen in seinem Gesicht, zwei unter seinen Augen und einen am Kinn.
