| - Los Lizalfos (リザルフォス, Rizarufosu en japonés ?, Lizalfos en inglés) son enemigos con aspecto de lagartos con grandes colas que aparecen en algunos juegos de la Saga Zelda. Habitualmente portan grandes espadas como armas, sin embargo, en The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, portan grandes guantes metálicos. Los Lizalfos tienen tendencia a confrontar a Link en pares, aunque pueden ser más, pero raramente uno. Their tongues are forked, and their mouths are filled with sharp teeth. They wear few, if any, clothes, usually only a metal loincloth and a few pieces of armor. Lizalfos are most commonly found either on the fiery slopes of Death Mountain, or scattered around in the region of the Gerudo Desert, as well as more temperate forests.

- An ancient race, the Lizalfos live out their lives in various locations, mostly in tribes. The Lizalfos resemble enormous, humanoid lizards; their appearance often varying with their surroundings. The Lizalfos are fairly strong creatures, with a knack for combat. Aside from being able to wield normal weapons, they can employ their teeth, razor sharp claws, and their powerful tails as well. Being somewhat related to crocodillians, Lizalfos are adept swimmers, and also have great leaping abilities.
- The primary purpose of this crest is to enhance communication, and subtle movements and hue changes allow the Lizalfos to easily communicate silently before attacking an unaware enemy, or issue complex instructions to another. Some Lizalfos have mutated to possess wings capable of carrying them aloft; these are known as Aeralfos and lack the toughened forelimbs of their core genus.
