- Jin Kisaragi(ジン＝キサラギ), also known as the Hero of Ikaruga(イカルガの英雄Ikaruga no Eiyū), is a member of the 4th Thaumaturgist Squadron, a former Major and Commander of the Novus Orbis Librarium, and Ragna and Saya's brother. He is one of the original 12 playable characters and the main deuteragonist in the BlazBlue series.

While anyone can pick him and do well in a match, learning his combos and mastering his ability to reverse pressuring from an opponent with his Fubuki and Rehhyou DP (Dragon Punch, term commonly used to refer to an attack that grants the user full invincibility on start-up) attacks takes a little more patience than granted.

As this resides, when it comes to Ragna; Jin's objective is completely changed. Jin is being pursued by Noel, who was given order to obtain Jin and bring him back to "Library" post. However, his sister Saya was repeteadly getting in the way of this, and in turn Jin bullied her. Ragna however, favored Saya. (The following is a theory based on events in-game) When Terumi Yuuki (or Hazama) had told him that his brother Ragna was destined to become the incarnation of destruction, and it was Jin's destiny to anniahlate him, Jin decided that it was time Ragna learned his lesson for paying attention to Saya and not himself.
