Kojak is the teritary antagonist in the 2001 Disney animated movie, Recess: School's Out. He is one of the henchmen for Dr. Phillium Benedict and is presumably a lieutenant in Benedict's army.

Aside from making sure one of Dr. Benedict's plans don't fail, he was ordered by Dr. Benedict to impersonate Principal Prickly while Benedict was holding the real Principal Prickly captive. He especially seems to hold a grudge against T.J. (presumably because of the the "ugly bald guy" comment). It is unknown of what happens to him at the end of the movie after he got punched out by Ms. Finster during the final fight.

Theo Kojak (Telly Savalas), a tough, bald New York City policeman who was fond of lollipops and for using the Catch Phrase, "Who loves ya, baby?" Lt. Kojak displayed a dark, cynical wit and a tendency to bend the rules in order to bring a criminal to justice. In the early episodes of the series, Kojak smoked heavily; in order to reflect the anti-smoking sentiment gaining momentum on American TV, the writers decided that Kojak had quit smoking. He began sucking on lollipops as a substitute, which became a trademark of the character.
