In 2373, along with his partner, Lucsly, he visited station Deep Space 9 to debrief Benjamin Sisko on a recent time travel incident, wherein Klingon spy Arne Darvin utilized the Orb of Time to take the USS Defiant back in time to 2268 in an attempt to assassinate James T. Kirk. Dulmur and Lucsly showed no signs of either having senses of humor; indeed, they both claimed to hate jokes.

| - thumb|Dulmur (2373) Dulmur ist ein Agent der Föderationsbehörde für temporale Ermittlungen, einer Einrichtung der Föderation, die Zwischenfälle untersucht, bei denen Personen direkt oder indirekt in die Zeitlinie eingreifen. Im Jahre 2373 wird Dulmur zusammen mit Lucsly nach Deep Space 9 geschickt, um Captain Benjamin Sisko zu seiner Reise ins Jahr 2268 zu befragen. Die USS Defiant reist kurze Zeit zuvor als sie den Drehkörper der Zeit von Cardassia Prime nach Bajor bringen soll, durch eine Sabotage des „menschlichen“ Händlers Barry Waddle alias Arne Darvin ins Jahr 2268 zurück. Dort will dieser Captain Kirk durch eine Bombe töten und so seine Enttarnung als klingonischer Spion verhindern. Durch das Eingreifen der Besatzung der Defiant kann dies im letzten Moment verhindert werden. Nach der Befragung Siskos entscheiden Dulmur und Luscly, dass er, im Wesentlichen, korrekt gehandelt habe und deshalb keine Konsequenzen zu befürchten habe. (DS9: )
