In the mirror universe, L'Haan was a female Vulcan. In the 23rd century, she worked as a law enforcement officer on Vulcan, serving the Terran Empire. In 2286, she joined the Vulcan Resistance through a chain of mind-melds sharing the vision of the primary universe. She immediately sought out sympathizers with whom she could share the vision. Three days after being recruited, she approached V'Nem, a professor of the Vulcan Science Academy. She briefly touched his mind, and realized that V'Nem was really a Romulan spy. She was forced to kill V'Nem, but was vindicated due to her position as an officer of the law. (TOS - Mirror Universe novel: The Sorrows of Empire)

(TOS - Mirror Universe novel: The Sorrows of Empire) L'Haan was one of many Vulcans forced into servitude when the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance conquered their homeworld. Decades later, L'Haan served as a personal handmaiden to Intendant Kira Nerys. In 2377, L'Haan was with Kira on the IKS Negh'Var when Taran'atar and Iliana Ghemor transported over from our primary universe and killed the Intendant. L'Haan then helped Ghemor to pose as the Intendant and it appeared as though she had been a traitor and had been working for Ghemor for some time. (DS9 novel: Warpath) L'Haan was killed by Taran'atar after she tried to convince him to turn against Iliana Ghemor. She also revealed to him that she was a member of a secret movement. (DS9 novel: The Soul Key)
