Casey Justus was born in 1990 in Columbus, Ohio to middle class parents. He soon broke through his social class lines and was an inspiration to all middle class children as he became the 46th Student Council President in Heath High School history, running with Stuart Rhodes in a landslide victory against Republican candidates Abby Forman and Paige Kelley. Before becoming Student Council President, Casey was still very involved in Student Council. He was a 6 term Student Council Representative, and the Sophomore Class President.

Before becoming Student Council President, Casey was still very involved in Student Council. He was a 6 term Student Council Representative, and the Sophomore Class President. In the 2007-2008 Presidential Election, he was attacked by his opponents on lunch prices, and his conservative dress code views. Justus counterattacked with a detailed and well organized plan on new and exciting events to include in the 2007-2008 school year. His promise was to reinstate Powder Puff football after a 4 year hiatus, which he did and which he went on to coach the senior girls team to a 24-0 victory. Also, Justus created the "Turkey Shoot", a 4 on 4 basketball tournament to replace the old "Holly Volley". Student turn out was high at both events and most all opinions were positive on the topic. During the 2007-2008 school year, Justus was again attacked by his opponents on school crime. The crime rate in the school almost doubled in his tenure, so Justus and Rhodes attacked this with a "Hall Monitor" plan to reduce hallway traffic, bathroom traffic, and locker room theft. The plan will be put into effect during the 2008-2009 school year with the help of school administration. All in all, Casey Justus' involvement in the Student Council should be felt for years to come as he has started many events that will last for years at Heath High School. He has also had a large part in doubling the Student Council treasury in only half a school year.
