Cody Wild (born June 5, 1987 in North Providence, Rhode Island) is an American defenceman playing for the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League. Wild played for Providence College from 2005 to 2008. The Edmonton Oilers chose him 140th overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. He turned pro with the Springfield Falcons in 2008-09. On March 2, 2010, he was traded to the Boston Bruins for Matt Marquardt.
