  • Cambridge Electronics was a public corporation founded by graduates of the Mercton Institute of Technology in Cambridge. The company was the first in J Andres to produce semiconductors and other components necessary for the electronic devices during the Fifth Republic of J Andres. Although these components had been invented nearly a century earlier, the technology had been lost to J Andres during the numerous collapses of the nation. Cambridge Electronics installed a high-speed internet network throughout the nation and maintained the wireless communication network as well. Cambridge Electronics was also the largest producer of electronic devices for consumer use. After the Grand Mexican War, there was a sharp reduction in the need for this equipment, and Cambridge Electronics went out of business in 2086.
