William Newbury was the Deputy Leader of the Conservative Party from October 3765 to September 3771. Newbury was first elected to the Vorona Congress in 3764, and was later elected to Parliament as a Conservative in 3767 to represent Dartham. He resigned from Parliament on September 1, 3771 along with Harold Cromwell.
