- Bill Finger is best known as the co-creator of Batman for DC Comics, despite the fact that he is rarely credited as such.
- Milton "Bill" Finger (February 8, 1914 - January 18, 1974) was a comic book writer. He wrote hundreds of Batman stories, including the very first. He created many Batman storylines and characters with co-creator Bob Kane. Bill is also famous for co-creating the Green Lantern.
