The 73 team was supposed to be an eventually a second car of the DSI stable. Sacks is expected to take the issue to court, saying Rabbe violated his terms of the contract. The team ran two races in 2005, both at Pocono, both resulting in DNF's. In 2006, the team will run 20 races in Ford Fusions sponsored by Who's Your Daddy?. Engines will be supplied by Robert Yates Racing.
