- First Strike of Call of Duty: Black Ops was the first map pack released for the game. It is available to download from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace for 1200 Microsoft Points, $15.00/£10.00/€15.00 from the PlayStation Store, and $14.99 on Steam. It was released first for Xbox 360 on February 1, 2011, then March 3 on the PlayStation 3, then finally March 25 for PC. This DLC Pack contains four Multiplayer maps and one Zombies map.

- The mission objective is to destroy the two Normals located at the opposite end of the map. To do so, the player has either to pass through or bypass a road occupied by tanks and MTs, as well as a bridge surrounded by helicopters. After destroying the Normals, the mission ends. Hard Mode Differences: Anatolia's Mercenary is not cleared for Primal Armor use and there are now seven Normals to take out instead of two.

- The episode starts with General Cross getting the stolen head of the worlds most dangerous mercanary which he plans to use for an army of cyborg soilders. He then uses his contact as his first subject. Next Charlie makes plans with Emma to go hang out after school when Jason needs help in Hero Rising Charlie tells him his secret the 3 C's (calm, cool and collected) but Jason still losses. The next day Charlie apoligizes to Emma who he left again to go on a mission. She ask him where he was but he lies to her. Then the two leave together make yet more plans with Charlie paying for it all.
- "First Strike" is a simple, instinctive, violent strategy. Principle is simple: sacrifice his population, not move, throwing its nukes. Here is the detail of the sequence of a party with the strategy of "First Strike": Defcon 5 : Put your silos in a square, your airbases in a circle and your radars around one in the centre of ensconced of silos. Especially put defences far enough from cities. Defcon 4 :Look at your radars, start moving your submarines towards the enemy´s coast. Other ships remain near your coast. Defcon 2 : Nothing.
- First Strikes are first seen in Paper Mario. After Mario defeats Jr. Troopa and heads right back to Goomba Village, Goompa tells Mario about First Strikes and how they are helpful in enemy fights. During the course of the game, Mario himself can use his Jump or Hammer abilites to get a First Strike on enemies. It should be noted that using the Jump as a first strike wouldn't work on Spiked enemies or Fire enemies (unless he has the Spike Shield or Ice Power badge equipped). Also, partners such as Kooper and Bombette can also use their field powers to gain First Strikes on enemies. Kooper's ability is helpful for attacking enemies from a distance and Bombette can flip enemies like Clefts for a helpful lead. - First Strike is sometimes considered a type of Special Attack, but instead of allowing a unit to deliver extra damage to its target, it actually changes the order in which damage is exchanged between the unit and its target. When a unit with First Strike makes a voluntary File:Icon Melee Normal.png against a target, it delivers both Melee Damage and any Touch Attack it may possess before the target gets to deliver its own Melee Damage and Touch Attacks. There is no known method of adding First Strike to a unit that does not possess it by default.
