- Pilar is an Anything Muppet girl who appears in the Barrio Sésamo mini-series, Monstruos Supersanos. On that series, her voice is dubbed by Sandra Jara. She appears in several segments of the show, often appearing in scenes with Grover and his alter egos (Super Grover, Professor Grover). In one episode, she and Elmo demonstrate how to make fruit popsicles. These scenes were included on the DVD, C is for Cooking, marking her first American appearance.
- Das junge Asiatische Elefantenkuhkalb Pilar wurde am 12.10.2016 um 03:30 Uhr im Zoo-Aquarium Madrid (Spanien) mit einem Gewicht von 70kg geboren. Neben ihrer Mutter Nova war die Tante Cynthia bei der Geburt dabei. Vater ist Valentino. Valentino kam zusammen mit Nova und Cynthia sowie Novas jüngerem Sohn Bogor im Oktober 2015 aus dem Tierpark Berlin nach Madrid, d.h. Nova war bereits bei ihrer Ankunft trächtig. Da sowohl Nova als auch Valentino Sumatra-Elefanten sind, handelt es sich bei Pilar um das erste Sumatra-Elefantenkalb, das in Europa geboren wurde. Das ist ein Meilenstein im Zuchtprogramm. Nur ein halbes Jahr später kam am 21.03.2017 ihre Halbschwester Vera zur Welt (Mutter Cynthia), Pilar war bei der Geburt dabei und zeigte sich sehr interessiert.
