After watching Donald comforting Minnie, Mickey went back to his home sadly after acting like that to Minnie. He told his friends Goofy and Daisy to leave too because he needed time alone. He went through the door and sat at his desk and stared out the window. Tears formed in his eyes as if he thought Minnie hated him for sure. He sniffled as he looked at a picture of him and her on their first date. He was so sad he could hardly speak. He turned on the radio and a sad violin solo began to play. He took some paper and a pencil from his office and began to write as he spoke; Dear Minnie,

He took some paper and a pencil from his office and began to write as he spoke; Dear Minnie, I am terribly sorry I acted like this in front of you. I was humiliated by everyone at work because of my antics, and I admit I lied to you, pushed you too hard, insulted you too much and broke your heart. I just want to reconcile after breaking up and express my true feelings to you. If hate is what you think of me, I don't belong anywhere. With all due respect, Mickey Mouse P.S. I want you to have my last piece of apple strudel. Don't worry. It's still fresh thanks to preservatives. He put the piece of apple strudel in a small tub, closed it tightly so it would stay fresh, folded the paper and put it in an envelope and signed Minnie's name on it and took it to her house as soon as she was sound asleep that night. He placed the letter and the piece of apple strudel in the box on her porch and taped the letter to the box so it wouldn't fly off. Before he left, he kissed the note and walked over to the side of her porch and began to wonder what she would think of him giving her a piece of fresh strudel and an "I'm Sorry" Card.
