| - Dominus was an uncharted planet in the Mid Rim. It was controlled by the Galactic Empire, and was used as a field headquarters for the Imperial Navy Special Operations and the Imperial Navy Intelligence. Not much is known about the planet itself other than that it was covered in forests and mountains, and it had been the home of an unknown, powerful galactic civilization that died out somewhere around 50,000 BBY.
- Dominus is the most powerful Glyph to have ever come into existence. Only one person can control it; Shanoa the Fox (although it slowly drains her life away while she is using it). Anyone else who tries to will either die from it or be driven insane. No one knows exactly what Dominus really is.

- Dominus was a heavy metal band from Ringsted, Denmark, which formed in 1991 and split up in 2000-2001. They released one single, two demos and four albums, each differing in style. When the band split up after their last album (2000/2001), Some of the members went on to form the band Volbeat, named after the Dominus album Vol.Beat (1997) Jens Peter Storm is active as lead guitarist in the Danish thrash metal band TONS. TONS also features Daniel Preisler Larsen, who was the drummer in Dominus, between the Vol.Beat and the Godfallos album.

- Dominus is a mage of the Seers of the Moonstone and the local artifact expert. The Avatar met him in Ultima Underworld I on the sixth level of the Abyss. Dominus was willing to identify all kind of magical items and artifacts for a small fee in gold (usually around 10 gold pieces). If the Avatar's lore skill was low, his services would be needed often. Later, Garamon rescued him when the volcano erupted.

- The Dominus is named after the main weapon system it carries, the Dominus Heavy Siege Bombard. The Dominus Bombard is a battery of three Bombard Cannons that fire in an automated sequence. The size of the weapon unfortunately limits the amount of ammunition it can carry. The Dominus, like its variants the Crassus and the Praetor, is armed with 2 front-mounted Heavy Bolters, which can be replaced with either Heavy Flamers, Autocannons, or Lascannons. The Dominus can also be equipped with a Hunter-Killer Missile Launcher, a Pintle-mounted Heavy Stubber or Storm Bolter, and a dozer blade.

- Dominus was resurrected when Demonic Sorcerer Aldar Kose placed his seed inside the witch Montgomery Knox. While everyone believed that Knox had been killed after being hit with the seeds, Dominus later rose from is grave. Dominus remained in hiding until Heremus merged with Prue Halliwell and used her magic to implant the seeds in every student at Knox Academy. He later confronted Piper Halliwell and Paige Matthews as they arrived to investigate the students' sudden disappearances. A battle ensued between Dominus and the sisters, which ended when Paige orbed them all to Cupid's Temple.
- Dominus has no known super-powers, instead working through his connections and his infamous Shadow Men, who excel at covert operations. He styles himself the mysterious master of a vast international conspiracy that either manipulates or outright controls practically every aspect of political, economic, military and criminal affairs. He and his shadow teams tend to appear out of nowhere, do vague mysterious things, often involving massive property damage and civilian casualties, and disappear. Carson believes he is one of her old enemies: Mephisto the Mentalist. She's right.
