The Parable Intruder-class corvette was Parable Shipyards' first attempt at a capital ship. It was designed for the role of anti-starfighter corvette, and had mostly point-defense cannons and quad laser turrets as armament with a few missile launchers and light turbolaser batteries, designed to keep larger ships at bay until the ship could be reinforced by heavier capital ships.

abstract
| - The Parable Intruder-class corvette was Parable Shipyards' first attempt at a capital ship. It was designed for the role of anti-starfighter corvette, and had mostly point-defense cannons and quad laser turrets as armament with a few missile launchers and light turbolaser batteries, designed to keep larger ships at bay until the ship could be reinforced by heavier capital ships. The Intruder-class corvette carried a crew of 250 officers/enlisted crew members, and was capable of transporting up to 300 soldiers at a time. The ship could be controlled by as few as 100 enlisted men, but the high demands of the ship made running it with fewer than full crew difficult at best.
