- Whitecloak Fighters are heavily modified versions of the CloakShape Fighter, both produced by Kuat Systems Engineering. To make the CloakShape more practical for the Jedi (allowing a master and an apprentice to travel together) the designers modified the ship by expanding the cockpit to accommodate two passengers in cramped conditions. These fighters became famous for their unique color scheme and were dubbed "Whitecloak" because of the heavy prominence of white (to symbolize purity) in the design.

While very popular at first during the Galactic Republic, the Jedi would turn towards more popular fighters such as the Delta-7. However, the Whitecloak remains a robust alternative, especially considering that fighters like the Delta-7 can only seat one person.
