Michael William Horan (born February 1, 1959 in Orange, California) is a former professional American football punter with a 16-year career in the National Football League from 1984 to 1999. Although he played for five different teams during his career, he is best known for having punted for the Denver Broncos during their Super Bowl runs of the 1980s, and with the St. Louis Rams in their Super Bowl XXXIV victory (this was also Horan's last NFL game). He tied the career record for most punts in Super Bowls with 17 total. Horan was selected to the Pro Bowl after the 1988 season, in which he had a 39.9 net average.
