| - Arnor, also known as the Northern Kingdom, was a kingdom of men located in the land of Eriador in Middle-earth. The name probably means "Land of the King", from Sindarin Ara- (high, kingly) + (n)dor (land).
- The Kingdom of Numenor was founded by King Allosaurus as a building faction. In an oaky valley Allosaurus built the first house. He quickly recruited Duke Bendraconis whom he'd met on the previous map. Before long a castle and galleon were added. The fortess was later deemed Ered Tirith, meaning "mountain tower" in Sindar and Quenya.

The Arnor will play a part in the campaign in the new expansion pack, Twilight of the Arnor. They also appear to have crystal-like ships, something the intro sequence in Dread Lords did not show, instead showing them as light blue squids.

- The Arnor are a Precursor faction that had formed prior to the rise of the younger space faring races. They were a noble race that sought to preserve and enlighten the younger races. This brought them into conflict with the omnicidal Dread Lords, who aimed to exterminate them and claim the galaxy for themselves. A desperate civil war broke out between them. With their innate ruthlessness, the Dread Lords devastated the Arnor at nearly every battle. After several systematic lossess, the Arnor learnt of a pocket dimension that the Dread Lords had used to their advantage. In a last ditch attempt to stop them, the Arnor created a device that sucked the Dread Lords into their pocket dimension and sealed them in.
- Arnor, oficjalnie Cesarstwo Arnoru (arn. Emporià d'e Arnor) to państwo w Środkowej Ancorze, w dolinach rzek Arny, Irfàmm, Ranyi i Juillacajezy. Pośredni spadkobierca Imperium Mityńskiego, Arnor powstał w 376 pC, 64 lata po upadku Cesarstwa Carpentrańskiego. Stolicą Arnoru jest miasto Tur Arnor, po ostatnich najazdach nieumarłych budowane praktycznie od podstaw na lewym brzegu rzeki Arny. Urzedowym językiem Arnoru jest arnorski. Sąsiedzi to: Burgonia i Melfam na północy, Wielkie Wrzosowisko na wschodzie, Sklawinia, Pustynia Rhun i Steelfist na południu, oraz Górny Van, Dolny Van i Angarnor na zachodzie.
