Henry VIII of England was the son of Henry VII and father of Queen Elizabeth I. Shortly before her death, Elizabeth I attended a costume party, dressed as her father. Lord Percy Percy was amazed by her costume and noted that her father's born again. To which Elizabeth replied that she bloody well hoped it wasn't the case, as then she wouldn't be queen anymore.

Marge told a story about him in Margical History Tour, and he was played by Homer Simpson. Henry was married six times. His first wife was Margerine of Aragon (Marge), who bore him a single daughter named Mary (Lisa). However, Henry wanted a son to follow in his footsteps. He wished to behead her but could not since her father was the king of Spain and could not divorce her under Catholic law, so he formed the Church of England where he could do so. After the divorce he married Anne Boleyn, whom he beheaded nine months later for giving him another daughter, the future Elizabeth I. Henry married another four times, but beheaded all of them. On his deathbed in 1547, Henry asked Margerine to marry him again, but instead she suffocated him to death with a pillow for locking her up in a dungeon after their divorce. He is an ancestor of Queen Elizabeth II.
