- Methos is a fictional character from the Highlander universe - movies, the television show Highlander: The Series, several fiction books, and the flash animated series The Methos Chronicles. He is an Immortal. He is portrayed by actor Peter Wingfield in both series and the movies. Methos was first introduced in the Highlander episode "Methos". It was originally planned to have him die at the end of the two-parter “Finalé” episode, but the writers saw potential in the character and kept him.
- Methos is an Immortal in the TV series Highlander. He is an ally, friend, and sometime mentor to the hero Duncan Macleod. He has a cynical, practical air in the idealistic atmosphere of the very honorable, and occasionally naive, younger of the two Highlanders. He was portrayed by Peter Wingfield.
- Methos wurde bei der Entstehung des Universums erschaffen ,er befand sich in der absoluten Mitte davon , seine besonderen Eigenschaften waren das er sich nicht bewegte , nur das er sich um seine eigene Achse drehte , Methos war von außergewöhnlicher Größe und hatte daher sehr viele Völker hergebracht. Als er durch einen riesigen Krieg Zerstört wurde ,wurde das ganze Universum erschüttert und seit dem an wird die Zerstörung als Zeitmittelpunkt zwischen VZM und NZM benutzt.
