Elad is the healer of Moonglow in Ultima VII. An open and well-meaning man, he thinks that he is made for more than just healing. When talking to the Avatar, Elad relayed substantial information about the people of Moonglow, since he knew them all quite well. Unlike other healers, he actually had no opinion about the Fellowship since they were new in town, and he had not gotten to know them yet. Elad felt that he was made for more than a healer. He wanted to leave Moonglow, but his duties to the sick and injured held him in town. He even asked to accompany the Avatar's group, only to admit to himself that it wasn't possible when the Avatar accepted his offer. He however continued to dream that one day he would leave Moonglow.
