The Battle of the Void was an event that took place in the Void between the Milky Way and Pegasus Galaxies in 2006 between the Tau'ri and Wraith.

- In 2006, the Wraith proposed an alliance with the Atlantis Expedition after Dr. Beckett tested his Iratus Bug Retrovirus on Michael. The alliance was turbulent as the Wraith were actually using the alliance as a ruse by planting a spyware computer virus into the Ancient Database to gather two key pieces of information; the Aurora mission report, in order to work out how to upgrade the Wraith hyperdrive, and the location of Earth. Whilst on the Hive Ship, Ronon Dex and Rodney McKay were captured. The USAF Daedalus fell victim to a surprise attack. John Shepherd used an F-302 and latched onto one of the Hive Ships before taking off into hyperspace. (SGA: Allies)

The alliance was turbulent as the Wraith were actually using the alliance as a ruse by planting a spyware computer virus into the Ancient Database to gather two key pieces of information; the Aurora mission report, in order to work out how to upgrade the Wraith hyperdrive, and the location of Earth. Whilst on the Hive Ship, Ronon Dex and Rodney McKay were captured. The USAF Daedalus fell victim to a surprise attack. John Shepherd used an F-302 and latched onto one of the Hive Ships before taking off into hyperspace. (SGA: Allies) Dr. Radek Zelenka worked out where the Hive ships were to drop out of hyperspace, so Weir commissioned the Daedalus and the Orion to the location, between the two Galaxies. McKay and Ronon managed to have escaped from captivity to attempt to sabotage the ship they were in. Michael discovered that his life was in danger, since the Queen no longer trusted him, he managed to have contacted Sheppard, and tell him to attack the ship with what little ordinance his 302 had left and damaged the hyperdrive of one of the ships before getting captured.
