The Spartan V Program, a new top secret program that had information released to the public to rally the moral of all those that still remembered how the Human-Covenant War was ended.

Firing your spear like an arrow it strikes the ground as a column of blue light engulfs your enemies. As a standard action, enemies within a cylinder 20 feet wide and 20 feet tall per level, must choose to make a reflex saving throw or take normal damage as well as an additional 1d6 damage per level (Max 25d6). The damage dealt is divine damage. Flying creatures that take damage from this technique must make a fly check equal to the save DC of the technique or fall out of the sky. Yet even with the Spartan V's defeating the Rebels another force was returning, the Elites had returned but not as true allies for they had made contact with a more deadlier race that had fought against the Forerunners and prevailed. This force was around long before the Flood-Forerunner War, and only fought the Forerunners after the Forerunners defeated the Precusors. This new War lasted for 3 years and ended when these forces where defeat and the survivors took shelter on a proto halo ring. Known only to a few Forerunners. Most of the forces survivors want revenge and since the Forerunners are extinct they have chosen to destroy those who where deemed to be the successors of the Forerunners. The Human Race is the target, unknown to this Mysterious race, is a prophecy that claims that five others who have the same blood as them but different elements will rise up and destroy them with the help of a cyborg and a surviving Forerunner. The Elites have been sent as the first wave to try and destroy the Humans before they can discover what is truly at work. But the moment they destroyed Harvest, they didn't expect that the Spartan V coded named Spartan - 066 was present on the planet, and escaped. Know the Elites arrive at Reach and learn that the Spartan V's have started a Rebellion and that the new leader of UNSC is in fact another memeber of the force that sent them there. The Elites end up acting like they are still allies with the UNSC and help try and destroy the Spartan V's. However as they continue their attacks against the Spartans, the ancient prophecy has started to unfold. For when the servants of the Elementhian Empire arrive the five descendents of the Light, Sky, Earth, Shadow and Death shall be revealed, along with the one who is pure machine and the one who was cast out and forgotten by his own people before their demises from their own creation the Halo Rings. These 7 powers will rise to greatness amongst the people of Terra through their actions even though they will be treated as enemies they are the only hope that the galaxy has. In the end only one shall be left behind after the final battle against the servants of the Elementhian Empire, and then the one left behind will learn his Origins of the lost extinct race of Light Elementhians.
