Wango Mack was a drug dealer and owner of a biker bar in Miami. Mack had a hatred for anything non-American (insisting on using pounds instead of kilos and refused to work with Latinos), hired Clarence Batisse as a DJ for his bar, and Henry Luna to synthesize a formula for synthetic cocaine, which if found, would undercut the drug market, be legal, and set off a bloody drug war. Mack worked with James "Sonny" Crockett and Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs until Batisse blew Tubbs' cover due to Clarence's hatred toward his former NYPD partner. Mack was prepared to go to war against a Latino dealer named Sangres when he kidnapped Luna and held him for $1 million ransom, but was actually Batisse, and after Luna died from testing his own formula, dressed him in Tubbs' sunglasses and set up his former partn
