Jackson Welsh is a famous advocate and politcian for the legalization for cannabis and the founder of HEMPPAC. He was elected to congress in the special elections in 2011. Jackson was born in 1980, Newhaven and attended Blackburn University, Newhaven and majored in Science and minored in Health. Jackson moved to Kinley, Seven where he started HEMPPAC. Jackson now also lives in the United States and teaches at Standford University. He was re-elected in the 2012 federal elections, but did not run in the 2013 federal elections.
