Conchita Uribe was the daughter of famed Atlantis scholar Hector Uribe, who considered her "the pearl of [his] life." In 1939, Conchita exhibited unusual affection for Marcus Brody, who was researching the lost continent (and the Nazi interest in the same) at the Uribe's home in Cadiz, Spain.
