Tsui Choi was a male Aleena who served as a Jedi Master in the final years of the Galactic Republic. Serving in several Jedi campaigns during this time, such as when the Yinchorri became suddenly aggressive and fought against the Republic in 33 BBY. During the Clone Wars between the Republic and a separatist faction, he accepted the position of a Jedi General in the Grand Army of the Republic. He would fight for the entirety of the war.

- [Source] Maître Jedi renommé, Tsui Choi survécut à l'Ordre 66 car il était en transit dans son Chasseur Jedi quand l'exécution fut lancée. Après avoir rencontré Bultar Swan sur Eriadu, il participa à la réunion sur Kessel où se sont réunis huit Jedi survivants (Roblio Darté, Sia-Lan Wezz, Ma'kis'shaalas, Koffi Arana, Jastus Farr, Bultar Swan, Maître Shadday Potkin et Choi). Cette réunion était en réalité un piège destiné à attirer Dark Vador seul pour le tuer ; Shadday avait en effet fait courir la rumeur qu'Obi-Wan Kenobi était parmi les Jedi. Vador en tua 5 et ses clones prirent le relais et tuèrent dans l'ordre les maîtres Farr, Darté et Choi. Avant de mourir, celui-ci blessa quand même Dark Vador au visage.
