The Fire Council was the council of the Fire Force. It was made up of the Four Flames and the Dark Lord of Fire. It was first decided around 2,000 BBY that the Fire Force would have a council under the Dark Lord of Fire though it was not established until 1,990 BBY. When the Fire Force was first reduced the Lord of Fire removed members of the council. Later in 400 BBY the Fire Council was reorganized to hold only four members besides the Dark Lord of Fire. These were called the Four Flames
