Matthew and Sooty and Co. believe there is no such thing as The Invisible Man, so Sooty plays a trick on Matthew with an invisible vase and Matthew plays a trick on Scampi with a handkerchief and an invisible thread. Sweep, Scampi and Soo then play a trick on Matthew into believing it was the invisible man by using a magnet to move the mug across the table by itself. Matthew then believes he is invisible but when he drinks a bottle of syrup of figs, he makes a fool of himself by stripping himself to his underpants and causes him to have abdominal pain.
