  • Vahki Hunters were tall, sapient Rahi. These beasts possessed sharp teeth, claws, and a pair of wings on their shoulders. They were named for the fact that they mostly prey on Vakhi. The Vahki Hunters originally lived in Po-Metru and Ta-Metru, but with the spread of the Morbuzakh, Vahki patrols were increased, which caused the Rahi to spread. They mainly hid underground to capture and devour the Vahki. When the Great Cataclysm occurred, a group of them escaped the Archives, but only one or two were recaptured.

Vahki Hunters hunt by waiting for a squad of Vahki to arrive, grab one in the rear, and take it underground. It later tosses back the parts it didn't like. They don't always eat Vahki; they also eat other machinery.
