Timbo, being in Adelaide, Australia, along with half the population had no idea about the problem brewing in the United States over the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Hot Coffee scandal. Until somebody placed a prank email to Jack Thompson which set the Sims 2 = Kiddy Porn 'scandal' into motion. Upon learning of this, Supercow posted a topic about this on a Legend of Zelda Social Board. A curious Timbo wandered into the topic and nearly died laughing at the failed logic of Mr Thompson on numerous occassions. At a later date, Supercow struck again by posting a link to the Jack Attack Board, where "They set up an alliance against this nutball". Timbo followed the link, and saw that a forum was being published on Free Forum World. Timbo registered, and hasn't looked back since.

- Timbo war ein Afrikanischer Elefantenbulle im Zoo Ramat Gan. Timbo wurde etwa 1961 in Tansania wild geboren. Zusammen mit den drei Afrikanerinnen Bahati, Atari und Motek wurde er 1964 nach Israel gebracht. Infolge der enge Verknüpfung der benachbarten Zoos Tel Aviv und Ramat Gan ist nicht genau festzustellen, in welchem Zoo der Elefantenbulle genau gelebt hat. Falls er zunächst in Tel Aviv war und die Tiere von dort erst 1981 nach Ramat Gan umgezogen wären, wäre er nie in Ramat Gan angekommen. Falls die Afrikanischen Elefanten jedoch schon zumindest ab den 1970er Jahren in Ramat Gan gelebt hätten, hätte er wenigstens einen Teil seines Lebens dort verbracht. Aufgrund von widersprechenden Angaben lässt sich aktuell keine genaue Aussage darüber treffen.

Aufgrund von widersprechenden Angaben lässt sich aktuell keine genaue Aussage darüber treffen. Timbo wurde mit den etwa gleichaltrigen Kühen schon als Jungtier nach Israel überführt. Erst zehn Jahre nach Ankunft in Tel Aviv/Ramat Gan wurde daher sein erster Nachwuchs geboren. Schon 1973 holte der Zoo fünf weitere junge Kühe aus Tansania nach Ramat Gan (?), die aber ebenfalls anfangs zu jung zum Züchten waren und daher von Timbo nicht mehr gedeckt wurden. Die jungen Kühe waren Katrina, Ettie, Tali, Aviva und Norris. Erst nach einigen Jahren begann Timbo mit dem Decken der mit ihm nach Israel gekommenen Kühe. So gebar Bahati am 11.08.1974 ein Bullkalb namens Yossi. Am 20.01.1977 wurde dann Lara geboren (nach anderen Angaben am 17.11.1977). Sie war eine Tochter von Atari. Motek wiederum gebar ihre Tochter Sara am 17.01.1978. Nur wenige Monate nach der Geburt seiner jüngsten Tochter starb Timbo am 03.05.1978. Mit seinem Tod kam die Zucht der Afrikaner in Ramat Gan (Tel Aviv) vorerst zum Erliegen. Erst mit seinem herangewachsenen Sohn Yossi wurden die Deckaktivitäten wieder aufgenommen. Yossi zeugte (bisher) 24 Kälber, teilweise mit seinen Halbschwestern Lara und Sara sowie mit seiner Mutter Bahati und seiner Tochter Yoki. Während Yossi heute noch in Ramat Gan lebt, sind Timbos Töchter Lara und Sara im Abstand von etwa drei Jahren im Port Lympne Wild Animal Park in England gestorben. Etliche Enkel von Timbo leben in verschiedenen Zoos insbesondere in Europa.
